Return & Refund Policy

Kshiramrut’s return policy allows for returns within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order based on situation.

Exchanges and Returns:

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The invoice must be presented during the return pickup. Used products, Items purchased during sales or classified as gifts are not eligible for return or refund.

Please contact us via email at support@kshiramrut.com with subject “Return & Refund of Order id: xyz (order number) within the specified timeframes for the following situations:

Damaged Product:

  • Notification of damaged product must be received within three days of delivery.
  • Please include the order number, a copy of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two clear images of the damaged product in your email.
  • For multi-item shipments, only the affected product will be replaced.
  • We will promptly resend the damaged product and work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.
  • You can expect the first response within 24-48 hours.

Missing Product:

  • Notification of a missing product must be received within three days of delivery.
  • Please include the order number, a copy of the invoice and proof of delivery.
  • While refunds are not available for missing items, we will promptly resend the missing product.
  • You can expect a response within 24-48 hours.

Spoiled Product:

  • Notification of product spoilage must be received within seven days of delivery.
  • Please include the order number, date of packaging/manufacture, and clear images or a video of the spoiled product in your email.
  • Due to the natural and often handcrafted nature of our products, variations in taste, texture, color, and aroma may occur between batches. These variations do not constitute spoilage, and returns are not accepted for such reasons. We prioritize natural production methods, high-quality ingredients, and maximum nutritional value.
  • We will thoroughly investigate reported spoilage and work with you to find a fair solution, including replacement where appropriate.
  • You can expect a response within 24-48 hours.

Any delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation Policy:

Order cancellation requests are accepted only if the product has not yet shipped. Approved cancellations will result in a full refund. Kshiramrut reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, inaccurate information, or issues with customer personal or financial details.

Refunds:

Upon receiving your package, please record a video of yourself opening it, clearly showing the package label and contents. This will assist in resolving any missing product claims.

If a refund is approved, the item must be picked up from your address in its original packaging. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the item will be inspected. Refunds will be processed based on the inspection results.
